Both appliances share 1 propane tank in cabinet below.
Turn tank valve OFF (clockwise ↻) before switching!
Disconnect hose & attach firmly to appliance you want.
Only open tank (counter-clockwise ↺) once hose is locked.

PIZZA OVEN • PREHEAT & BAKE 30-Min Preheat

A. Airflow Preheating: Connect hose, open gas & ignite burner. Keep door open a crack (~1–2" / 3 cm) for 30 min to ensure oxygen airflow & even dome heating.

B. CRITICAL (SHUT OFF GAS): Once heated (~350°C), SHUT DOWN GAS BURNER COMPLETELY before placing pizza in! Retained dome heat bakes in 90–120s without direct flame burning crust.

C. Bake: Slide pizza onto stone, close door, rotate 180° at ~60s.

STAINLESS BBQ GRILL OPERATION Lid Open First

Always open hood before lighting. Turn knob to HIGH / IGNITE, press spark igniter. Preheat 5 min, brush grates, and adjust flame.

SHUTDOWN & CLEANING COURTESY No Water On Stone

Turn tank valve OFF first to clear lines, then turn off burner knobs. Scrape grill grates warm. Brush pizza stone dry when cool—NEVER use water or soap on hot stone (thermal shock cracks stone!).

BALÓN COMPARTIDO • CAMBIO DE MANGUERA 1 Equipo

Ambos equipos comparten 1 balón de gas en el mueble inferior.
Cierre el balón (sentido horario ↻) antes de cambiar.
Desconecte y acople firmemente al equipo que usará.
Abra el gas (sentido antihorario ↺) solo con manguera asegurada.

HORNO DE PIZZA • PRECALENTADO Y COCCIÓN 30 Min Calor

A. Precalentado con Flujo de Aire: Conecte manguera, abra gas y encienda. Deje la puerta entreabierta (2–3 cm) durante los 30 min para entrada de oxígeno y calor parejo en cúpula.

B. PASO CRÍTICO (APAGAR EL GAS): Tras 30 min (~350°C), ¡APAGUE EL QUEMADOR POR COMPLETO antes de meter la pizza! El calor residual de la cúpula hornea en 90–120s sin quemar la masa con fuego directo.

C. Horneado: Deslice la pizza a la piedra, cierre puerta y gire a los ~60s.

PARRILLA A GAS DE ACERO INOX Tapa Abierta

Abra la tapa antes de encender. Gire la perilla a HIGH / ENCENDER, presione el chispero. Precaliente 5 min, cepille rejillas y gradúe la llama.

APAGADO SEGURO Y LIMPIEZA Sin Agua en Piedra

Cierre el balón de gas primero para purgar manguera, luego cierre las perillas. Raspe rejillas tibias. Cepille piedra en seco cuando enfríe—JAMÁS aplique agua ni jabón a la piedra caliente (se quiebra por choque térmico).

🇬🇧 OUTDOOR PATIO • SHARED PROPANE TANK SYSTEM One Propane Tank • Switch Hose Per Appliance

SHARED PROPANE TANK — HOSE SWITCHING (MANDATORY SAFETY) 1 Appliance At A Time

The BBQ grill and pizza oven share one propane tank located in the lower cabinet below the counter. Only connect and operate one appliance at a time.

1. Turn Gas OFF: Fully close tank valve (clockwise ↻) before switching.

2. Swap Hose: Disconnect and firmly attach the hose to the appliance you are using.

3. Open Valve: Only open the tank valve (counter-clockwise ↺) once hose is locked.

ARTISAN PIZZA OVEN — PREHEATING & RESIDUAL HEAT BAKING 30-Min Preheat

A. 30-Minute Preheat with Door Cracked Open: Connect the hose to the oven, open the gas tank, and ignite the burner. Keep the metal door open a crack (~1–2 inches / 3 cm) throughout the 30-minute preheating phase. This provides necessary oxygen airflow and distributes heat evenly across the stone dome.

B. CRITICAL BAKING STEP (SHUT DOWN GAS): Once the oven has preheated for 30 minutes (thermometer reads ~350°C–400°C), SHUT DOWN THE GAS BURNER COMPLETELY before placing your pizza in the oven. The retained radiant heat in the stone dome and refractory floor bakes the pizza to perfection in 90–120 seconds without burning the crust with direct flame!

C. Baking & Rotating: Dust pizza peel with semolina/flour, slide pizza onto stone, and close door. Rotate 180° after ~60 seconds for an even, crispy crust.

STAINLESS STEEL BBQ GRILL OPERATION Open Lid First

1. Open Lid First: Always lift grill hood before turning on gas or lighting.
2. Ignite: Turn knob to HIGH / IGNITE and press spark button.

3. Grilling: Heat grates 5 min, brush lightly, adjust flame.
4. Close Lid: Close hood while cooking for optimal roasting.

SAFE SHUTDOWN & CLEANING COURTESY Mandatory Steps

• Turn Tank Valve OFF First: Always close the main propane tank valve first so residual gas clears from line, then turn off appliance knobs.
• Clean Grill Grates: Scrape grates warm.

• Pizza Stone Care (No Water!): Brush stone dry once cooled. NEVER use water or soap on hot stone (thermal shock cracks stone!).
• Cool Down: Let surfaces cool completely.

🇵🇪 TERRAZA EXTERIOR • SISTEMA DE BALÓN DE GAS PROPANO COMPARTIDO Un Solo Balón de Gas • Cambiar Manguera Según Equipo

BALÓN DE GAS COMPARTIDO — CAMBIO DE MANGUERA (SEGURIDAD) 1 Equipo A La Vez

La parrilla y el horno para pizza se alimentan del mismo balón de gas propano ubicado en el mueble inferior. Solo conecte y opere un equipo a la vez.

1. Cerrar Válvula: Cierre el balón por completo (sentido horario ↻) antes de cambiar.

2. Cambiar Manguera: Desconecte y acople firmemente la manguera al equipo que va a utilizar.

3. Abrir Gas: Abra la válvula (sentido antihorario ↺) solo con manguera asegurada.

HORNO DE PIZZA ARTESANAL — PRECALENTADO Y COCCIÓN RESIDUAL 30 Min Precalentado

A. Precalentado de 30 Minutos con Puerta Entreabierta: Conecte la manguera, abra el gas y encienda. Deje la puerta metálica entreabierta (unos 2 a 3 cm) durante los 30 min para permitir el flujo de oxígeno y calor parejo en cúpula.

B. PASO CRÍTICO DE HORNEADO (APAGAR EL GAS): Tras 30 minutos de precalentado (~350°C), ¡APAGUE EL QUEMADOR DE GAS POR COMPLETO antes de ingresar la pizza! El calor radiante de la cúpula hornea la pizza en 90–120 segundos sin quemar la masa con fuego directo.

C. Horneado y Giro: Enharine la pala, deslice la pizza a la piedra y cierre la puerta. Gírela 180° a los ~60 segundos para un tostado parejo.

PARRILLA A GAS DE ACERO INOXIDABLE Abrir Tapa Primero

1. Abrir Tapa Primero: Levante la tapa antes de encender para evitar acumulación.
2. Encendido: Gire la perilla a HIGH / ENCENDER y pulse chispero.

3. Asado: Caliente rejillas 5 min, cepille y gradúe la llama.
4. Cocción con Tapa: Baje la tapa para un calor envolvente.

APAGADO SEGURO Y LIMPIEZA DE CORTESÍA Pasos Obligatorios

• Cerrar Balón Primero: Cierre siempre primero el balón de gas para purgar manguera, luego las perillas.
• Limpiar Rejillas: Raspe rejillas tibias.

• Piedra Pizza (¡Sin Agua!): Cepille piedra en seco cuando esté fría. JAMÁS aplique agua a la piedra caliente (se quiebra por choque térmico).
• Enfriamiento: Deje enfriar todo.
